Kingdom Vision

All throughout the Bible, whether it's in the old testament or the new testament we find the Lord/God/YAHWEH, asking his prophets and people "what do you see?" He will also say, "Behold." Why is this? And what point is he trying to get across?

First let's take a look at the word BEHOLD, which means to perceive through sight or apprehension: To gaze upon. To fully understand this, you must understand what the word PERCEIVE means. PERCEIVE means to become aware or to understand something through the senses. One of your five senses which is to hear, feel, taste, smell, and to see, is the sight, in which you should be more concerned of on this matter. Here is the reason why.

The sight is one of the most important of all the five senses. It allows you to see what's ahead of you, around you, different colors, people, and things. It also allows you to see what you love, and love what it is you are seeing. Your sight can cause your brain to make a distinction of what is real, and what is not. What is actually there and what is an illusion. It is by this principle that we humans tend to go by. As humans we go by what we see, when we should be doing the opposite. Let me explain.

As I said earlier, that humans tend to go by what they see. But when you are born again / to be saved from the Kingdom of darkness ( The ways of this world, how it operates, how people do things, and how they see things). And to be translated into the Kingdom of light ( which is the total opposite of how the Kingdom of darkness operates) you no longer go by what you see in front of you, but you go by your faith, and what it is that you imagine in your mind. That is why throughout the bible whether it's in the old testament or the new testament we find the Lord/God/YAHWEH, asking his prophets and people what do you see? And also say to them "Behold." The reason for this as I will show you in my references is as followed.

In the Kingdom of light you are supposed to walk by faith and not by sight. ( 2nd Corinthians 5:7) Here is a good example of walking by sight, in opposed to walking by faith. You have $100.00, your car note is $300.00, and you have to by groceries and pay the gas bill. The average person will look ( by sight) at the amount they have compared to the amount they need and automatically say that they don't have enough. Although this may be true, but remember you should be walking by faith and not by what you see in front of you. Don't worry about the matter at hand.

Now in the Kingdom of God/Kingdom of light the average person should look ( by faith) at this situation completely the opposite. You have $100.00, regardless of how much more you need, just know that those needs will be met. SEE yourself with ALL your bills paid in full, debt free, and stress free. and because of your uncompromising faith that car note and gas bill will be paid by an unexpected source, or the finances will come out of nowhere and your bills will be paid. Plus you will have $100.00, if not more, to play with. That's walking by faith. I know those of you who are reading has experienced this in some point of your life. Still not convinced?

Look at what God/YAHWEH said to Joshua before he went to war and the battle was even fought. In the book of Joshua Chapter 6 verse 1-3 it talks about Joshua and the children of Israel conquering the city of Jericho, and it's inhabitants. But before they even started, notice what the Lord said to Joshua in verse two of chapter six. "And the Lord said unto Joshua, ( SEE, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the King thereof, and the mighty men of valor. The Lord said unto Joshua "SEE" as if it was already done. The Lord wanted Joshua to see how he himself saw, and not to rely just on what was in front of him. But what was already done in the spirit realm.

1st Kings chapter 3 verses 5-15 talks about King Solomon who was the wisest, and richest man who ever lived. Let me explain how this came to be. Before Solomon had wisdom, understanding, and riches, the Lord already SAW it in him and told him that he had it. Verse 12 "Behold I have done according to thy words: lo (meaning look), I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee. So in other words the Lord said to Solomon "SEE" (long before Solomon saw, or experienced any of this) I have done everything you asked, and look, I have given you wisdom and understanding... Again, the Lord wanted Solomon to see what the Lord himself was seeing. Even though it did not appear in the physical realm yet it was always there in the spiritual realm. By faith, believing, and seeing what God saw, Solomon was able to bring it from the spiritual into the natural /physical realm.

There are many more cases like this throughout the bible. The book of Jeremiah, chapter 1 verses 9-19. Here are some of it's highlights "Behold ( God said ), I have put my words in thy mouth. SEE, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the Kingdoms"... Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me saying, "Jeremiah, What do you see? And I said, "I see a rod of an almond tree." Then said the lord unto me, thou hast well seen: For I will hasten my word to perform it.

In conclusion, all you have to do is see yourself in the place or position that you want to be in. See yourself healed, see yourself with an abundance of peace and prosperity, see yourself victorious, see yourself debt free, and believe it. Remember the limit is endless. If this is how God/YAH sees you and you are made in his image and in his likeness, you should see the same in yourself. So from this day forth whenever fear, doubt and unbelief comes your way or in your mind. Do the opposite. Instead of being afraid, rejoice and instead of doubting yourself, your future, your hopes, desires and things around you, have faith in God and in yourself, your future, hopes, desires, and the things around you. And Instead of unbelief, Believe that nothing, NO-THING, is impossible for you. And no matter what it may look like or appear to be, believe and you WILL receive. God bless. I hope this have helped you in some way, form, shape, or fashion.

If you have not received Jesus Christ into your heart and life repeat this short prayer. "Lord Jesus, I have sinned against you and I am sorry. I repent of all my sins. Please forgive me. I can not do this on my own, that is why I need you. I believe that you died for me and arose again so that my sins can be forgiven. now that I am translated into your kingdom of light, my old passions, desires, and mindset has passed away. I am a new creation. Thank you, now the best is yet to come. In Jesus name AMEN.

Doing Our Best For God - What It Really Means To Be a Child of God

First, that all and everyone who believes, being members of Christ, are in common partakers of Him and of all his riches and gifts; secondly, that everyone must know it to be his duty readily and cheerfully to employ his gifts for the advantage and salvation of other members.
Have you ever wondered if you are doing your best to bring glory to God? Have you ever chastised yourself over not being of much use as a Christian or of not being as gifted as your church leaders and fellow believers? I am sure there are times in our lives when we have been assailed by feelings of inadequacy and worthlessness as Christians.

But, what does it take to be a true child of God? Before we dwell on what God looks for in His children, I would like to narrate the story of a well-known German artist named Herkomer. He was a very gifted artist and due to his growing reputation, he moved to London with his aged father, who was a simple woodcutter in Germany. After arriving in London, Herkomer's father, who enjoyed creating things out of clay, learned to make beautiful vases and bowls and was very proud of them.

Soon, both father and son established a good business as artisans. Several years passed and Herkomer's father began to lose his abilities to create things as his eyesight failed him and he was growing old. Every night, he used to go to bed unhappy with his work, sad that his work had become inferior. But, Herkomer, sensing his father's dejected feelings, stayed up late in the night after his father had gone to sleep and corrected the flaws and defects in his father's work. And when the old man would come down in the mornings, he would hold up the pieces in the morning light, smile, and say, "I can still do it as well as I ever did." That is what our Father in Heaven does with us! We are all frail and we have several flaws...we worry that our best will never be good enough. But, God places His omnipotent hand on us, shapes us and uses us in ways greater than we could ever imagine.

Even though God works His will in our lives and uses the weakest of us to achieve His grandest plans, it is important for us to realize that He expects us to yield to Him, just like the clay we saw in the above story. Someone once said, "The Lord would rather have one person who is 100 percent committed to him than one hundred people who are only 75 percent committed!" There was a man who wanted to sell his house for $2000 and there was another man who was desperate in need of a house. However, he could not afford the price. After a lot of bargaining, the owner agreed to sell the house for half the price, but with one condition i.e., he will retain ownership of a nail protruding over the main door. The buyer agreed and the sale was made.

Several years later, the previous owner came back and wanted to buy the house. When the new owner refused to sell, the other man took a dead dog and hung it on the nail over the door! Soon the house became uninhabitable, and the family was forced to sell the house to the owner of the nail. The point is, God expects total commitment from His children. If we leave the devil with even one small nail in our life, he will return to hang his rotting garbage on it, making it unfit for Christ's habitation and making us poor tools for the extension of His Kingdom.

This Is Christianity. PART 2

Many people say that they don't need God, but yet they never find true joy in their lives. When a person
repents of their sin and selfishness and chooses to begin that new and personal relationship with God, they will experience happiness and their life will be different.

The Bible tells us that anyone who is truly a Christian will have a new life; they will live differently than others.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Now, here is where a lot of people miss the mark. They claim that being a Christian means that they act weird in some way, make fools of themselves, etc. However, when the Bible says that a Christian is to be different, it is referring to the way in which a person lives their life, such as being kind to others (even those who are not kind to you), honoring and respecting your parents and those in authority, seeking to help those in need, not ruining your body by things such as smoking and other things hazardous to one's health. In other words....living a "clean" life.

A true Christian is to follow the commands of the Bible, paying close attention not to twist verses out of context or claim things mean what they really don't. One must interpret scripture in light of all other scripture. And one must learn to live for others.
In the Gospel of John, we find the following story:
"So when He had washed their feet, taken His garments, and sat down again, He said to them, "Do you know what I have done to you? You call me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them." (John 13:12 - 17)

Back in the time period in which this story took place, people wore open sandals, and the roads were just dirt and dust. So, when people would come into a house, they would remove their sandals, and the servant or lowliest person in the household would wash their feet.
Here Jesus Christ took it upon Himself to do this task. Here was the Son of God washing feet, one of the lowest jobs of the day. He did it to leave us an example of how we are to live our lives as Christians. We are to put others first, we are to be kind and helpful. People should notice something different about us.

There are a lot of people in today's world who wouldn't dare stoop to such a task, but yet they claim to be Christians. They look down there nose at other people, they fly off the handle at the slightest irritation, they scream and holler at their family, and then they claim the name of Jesus. That is NOT a Christian attitude, or how a Christian should live.
I should point out here that even Christians aren't perfect. Anyone who claims to be perfect is wrong. There will be times in even the best Christian's life where he/she makes wrong choices, and does things they're not supposed to. The true Christian will however shortly realize the error of their ways and make steps to correct them.

Now there are some religious groups who try to force their doctrine upon others, and who claim anyone who does not follow their beliefs as their enemy. That is not the proper attitude of a Christian. While I firmly believe in God and know my personal relationship with Jesus Christ has made a difference in my life, I am not foolish enough to think that everyone is going to agree with me. What you choose to believe is your choice to make. However, I will tell you from experience that a genuine relationship with Christ can bring peace to your life and give you the joy and happiness many are seeking for.
The next time someone claims to be a Christian, watch their life. You can always tell a TRUE Christian by the way they live. And if you're going to claim the name of Jesus Christ, make sure your life backs up your claim.
